SimpleLet is a streamlined rental management platform built to connect landlords and tenants and simplify property oversight, maintenance tracking, and compliance management. We believe that running a rental portfolio should not mean drowning in spreadsheets, chasing expired gas safety certificates, or second-guessing whether a deposit sits inside the legal limit. Our tools turn the UK's most stressful landlord obligations into a quick, friendly conversation.

SimpleLet is designed for independent UK residential landlords — from first-time hosts letting a single flat to growing portfolios of up to four properties — and the tenants who live in them. Landlords use our Chat to Comply engine to onboard properties, validate deposits against the five-week cap, serve legal move-in packs, generate Section 48 notices and rent-increase letters, track gas, EPC and EICR certificate deadlines, and collect rent through Open Banking. Tenants get a dedicated portal to access compliance documents, sign off inventories, report maintenance issues with photos, and pay rent by bank transfer.
